"Very much enjoyed our group trip at the Grand Palladium Kantenah this past November! Leilanie did a wonderful job as our concierge and was very helpful through WhatsApp communication during the day. A la Carte's were relatively straightforward to book as long as it was few days in advance for our group of 5. The steak house and Japanese were favorites for us. Lots of activities around the resort, just be prepared to find a lot of tiny mosquitos around the mini golf area. The evening entertainment was the best I've experienced at a Mexico resort. It was nice to see the shows that are not just catered for kids. This definitely made up for the lack of a disco, as the Colonial lobby remained a busy hub well into the evening every single night! Buffet food was okay but not a highlight. Would be nice if there was a bit of variation day to day but everything was on par with the general resort experience. Would definitively recommend and return in the future!"

"Beautiful resort with great staff! From the first greeting to the final check out, every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The quality of drinks & à la carte options definitively beat other resorts we have been to. Buffet food will always be a little eh - even if you are at a top quality resort. We definitely appreciated having made to order options available all day. Everything was very clean and updated. Room was beautiful, the app was awesome and keeps you informed where everything is happening. We came because of the pickleball courts, luckily we had friends that came so we could play doubles otherwise I would definitely not expect to find tons of pickleball people here. The glow in the dark pickleball night was fun. Angel was so much fun and entertaining when we seen him at the entertainment events. I do wish they had shows and more entertainment options but overall everything else from restaurants to the rooms and staff made up for it. Land shark is definitely the place for à la cart great food so you don’t even have to eat at the buffet. The jwb was delicious as well. Definitely take the time when you arrive to make reservations for the restaurants. We didn’t get reservations for our first two days here. We did 6 days 5 nights and it was perfect. "This place was beautiful with clean room, awesome staff throughout my favorite Person? was Jesus at the inside bar when I had an accident he showed true compassion and kind throughout our trip asking me how I was. The room was spotless. We had a couple little issues with the toilet that did not flush very well and they fixed it promptly. Food was excellent to fair depending on where we ate. Pool beautiful. My favorite was the ocean waves and temperature. Enjoyed using my float!"
