"The apartment was bare bones. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days, 1 tide pod for the washer, no cleaning supplies provided. The pack and play was broken, there was no hair dryer when we arrived even though we had asked in advance ( they did bring one for us). We had an issue with the toilet that took almost 24 hours to get it fixed ( it wasnt flushing). The shower doesnt drain and you end up standing in 1.5 inches of water the whole shower, which if you want a hot shower, tha hot water only...

"This is conveniently located near the Barcelona Airport (15 mins away) and the train station to go to Barcelona downtown is right across. There is an outlet mall and another indoor shopping mall located and is in the outskirts of Barcelona. It is a good hotel but there is no space inside the rooms for luggage. We had 3 bedroom room and it is good except it would have been good if there was a bigger closet or a counter to put the luggage. The connection to trains is good to go to downtown and...

"Nice hotel near airport. Shuttle pickup was explained clearly in messages received from BAH. Convenient public bus to Barcelona was to the left and across the street from hotel. Drops riders at Plaza España. We walked to the Mercat de la Boqueria which was a good distance but we like walking! Staff was very professional and helpful."
