"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Location was about a 12 minute walk to Time Square. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment close by. The hotel also offers black car service which is cheaper than an Uber or Taxi. You can request the service to bring you from the airport to the hotel by calling and scheduling. We made the mistake of getting a ride from the airport with a company that claimed to be an Uber service. It cost $133.00 for a 6 mile drive/50 minute ride. Unfortunately, we didn’t find out about the service the hotel offered until after we arrived. We will know next time! We 100% recommend Hilton Garden Inn for your stay in NYC. "

"Location was a key! Close to Time Square and Broadway shows! Our housekeeper was fantastic, Venus! Always helping with anything we needed and always speaking to us in the hall way! The room was adequate for a week stay, very nice shower, had a safe in the room, and it was very quiet! We ate at Bond 45 and Friedman's. Both restaurants were good. Friedmans' was great as they had aspiring wait staff that sung a variety of songs and it was very entertaining (there is a 75 minute time for your meal). Make sure you get a reservation! The hotel was decorated for the holidays! Very festive!"
