"Upon arrival the staff was friendly, informative and kind. Throughout the stay the same, from front desk, to valet to beachside dining. However, the rooms are becoming outdated, the elevators frequently “got stuck” and the private beach is commercially run. Rather than have a designated area for guests, it’s a section operated by a company who charges for everything. By the day, by the item, be ready to spend A LOT more for this “reserved” space. That was hugely disappointing. Bring your own and save the money or buy a cheap one down the way, as the location is unbeatable!"

"Lampshade turned backwards because other side coffee or something threw on it.tiolet paper holder broken each time you reach fell on floor. No luggage holder available went to each floor looking for one told by staff they have 7 but none looked twice. Rated a 8.6 not even a. 5 very disappointed in Hilton. plus pay to park not good. the aircondition was terrible loud."

"The staff is friendly inspire of the repeated asks from other guests .e.g. ppl returning from a concert that weekend forgetting keys / remaking them etc. I returned late myself and had no parking spot available..but the person at the front desk opened up a staff spot for me! It's a safe place for sure and the nearby stores and restaurants are a plus."

"Our visit started with check in giving us the bare minimum information. Told me my credit card would be charged $50 for resort fee and then proceeded to hand me my key. Doesn’t say what floor or anything. We had to figure it out. Made it upstairs to our room and noticed the floor was dirty. It was so dirty that we had to wipe our feet before we got into bed. All in all the bedding and shower were clean. We couldn’t get into the gym because the door was jammed. A visitor who is a locksmith had to pry it open. Then at 3 am I noticed a charge on my card for $25. I had to call and ask and was greeted with a I don’t know what you are talking about and we close charges at 3am. Thank you Mahmoud for your kind customer service at 3am. I’m kidding. Would I return? No."
