"We booked the studio suite, which was quite spacious. The room we were initially given had some noise coming from the air conditioning as well as a bit of a musty smell. They gladly changed us to another room the next day (we were booked for 5 nights). The noise issue was gone, but we still found the room had a bit of a musty smell. We managed with it, but something to consider if you are very sensitive to this kind of thing. They left a nice letter for us in our room apologizing for the inconvenience. There is a small gym available, which we made use of, as well as a pool (nice warm water!). The breakfast buffet is quite nice with a variety of options of made-to-order breakfasts. Great service. The location is very good - an easy walk to the Malećon de Miraflores as well as lots of restaurants and shops."

"Good location, however the information on the booking site is incorrect, there is no shuttle bus available. Which cause us time to looking for the bus, in the state of confusion, mislead by local driver, who changed us 200 sole to the hotel. I messaged the hotel twice, ahead of time, however without any response. Although the stay is nice, but non-responsive from hotel created unpleasant experience in Lima"

The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and many local attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. I also felt very safe during my stay. The hotel had strong security measures in place, including cameras throughout the property, which added an extra level of comfort and peace of mind. Overall, this hotel went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lima and would absolutely stay here again."
