"Mozart hotel staff are super amazing, very helpful, always smiling, and most are very respectful. The place is super clean, and unexpectedly, the room and the bathroom are great. I never made a mistake picking this hotel; it's near and walkable to most tourist attractions. If I ever return to Prague, I will book this hotel again. The restaurant food is great."

"The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Town, and close to the Můstek subway stop. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and with very chic decor. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The AC does not really get as low as the temperature to which it is set, so I had to resort to sleeping with a window open to keep it cool enough. Without having a lobby or front desk personnel, it gets a little tricky if you have issues. For instance, on my 2nd day, my code worked to get me into the hallway for the elevator, but once I got to my room, the code wouldn’t function on the door. It took 10–15 minutes to get that resolved via phone. The building itself is not very secure, even at night, because the main entrance door gets left ajar by people coming in and out. Also, depending on what side of the hotel your room is located, it can be very noisy if you are on the main street side. My final night in Prague, there was a large group of people apparently having a party on the floor beneath me. I finally contacted the hotel through the messaging app at 1 AM to complain, to which they responded “our security should have stopped this sooner.” YES, they definitely should have. This hotel could be fantastic if they at least had somebody, even 1 person, on site to help with emergencies, key card issues, and just making sure people are not disturbing other guests."

"The place was great but. Breakfast was limited by lack of the usual bowl of berries to add yoghurt. A toaster would be good. Also lack of options for filling croissants. I felt drip coffee is a little outdated. "

"An old building but well kept, elegant, and room was very clean. All the staff are super courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and elegantly presented. I would definitely stay here again when in Prague."

"I was given a room on the 1st floor that had and obstructed view of the river. Also, even thought the insulation from street noise was good, the vibration caused by the tram was intense. All day, up to 1am and from 5am on. If you book there, make sure your room faces away from the main avenue that runs behind the hotel. Besides that, the location, close to the main attractions is great. Also the breakfast buffet is excellent. If it wasn't for the tram vibrations I will have given them a 5."

"Amazing Unitas Hotel in Prague. A warm and friendly welcome from the staff on reception. Not just on arrival, but every time I went in and out. My room was fresh and clean, and a good size. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the fridge/minibar, and the kettle for tea & coffee. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and served by attentive and friendly staff. Honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. The icing on the cake was learning the fascinating history of the hotel. From an old nunnery, to a communist secret police HQ where activist Victor Havel was locked in a cell in the basement. I was given a special viewing of the cell which is still preserved in the basement. The best place to stay in Prague by a mile. Thank you Unitas."
