"A very good hotel in the centre of Nice, a short walk to the old town. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. It has a lovely lobby and breakfast room. The rooftop terrace is excellent with sun loungers, comfortable seating and fitness bikes. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel is very clean everywhere. The only thing that needed to be improved is the furniture in the bedroom, our wardrobe needed replacing. Overall we had an excellent stay."

"There is NO repeat NO air conditioning in the sense we call air conditioning. They have a central AC that blows into all rooms - but is only turned on in the HEAT of summer > May. Sub standard overall - only has an excellent location."

"A wonderful old Grand Hotel. Nicely located just across from the ocean boardwalk and with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are nicely updated, clean and a nice size. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas retain 5heir vintage look and feel. The ocean-facing room we had has panoramic views of the water and is incredibly bright."

"Walls are thin. You can clearly hear conversations. You can also hear anyone walking above your floor. "
