Special shoutout to the free activities at the beach (paddle boarding, kayaking, hobie cat, and others) the staff there were so helpful on knowledge surrounding the area. The lagoon all the way to the last pool were wonderful and provided a variety of calm to liveliness. The Cenotes were noticeably heated. I chose this resort specifically to have an all inclusive with good food and it was great. I could rave on and on about every detail, there was not one thing I would change."

The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation."
