The hotel connected me with a trusted doctor who came for a consultation and then recommended my friend be taken to a hospital immediately. Shortly after we arrived at the hospital, I received a text message from the hotel offering assistance of any kind. It was then that the hotel staff went from being staff to family. Going through a time of crisis in an unfamiliar City is terrifying enough but the staff at Hotel Historico Central supported us and helped us through the crisis. And for anyone looking for accommodations in Mexico City, Don't think twice and book this hotel. You won't regret it. "
