"First, Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially because I was absolutely clueless with the Italian language and first time in Roma. They took care of me. Next, My room was super clean! Everyday! I stayed almost a week and they cleaned it everyday, that is nice! My room was so quiet! I never heard a peep from another room or the street. Amazing!"
