"My husband and I just returned from a one week stay at Nobu Hotel in Miami, It was our 10th visit. Nobu hotel has been our “home away from home” for almost 10 years. We love the location (mid-beach) w easy access to beach, dining, shops, South Beach, etc., but without the crowds. The Japanese-style rooms are sleek and fully equipped; the dining experiences inspired by the culinary genius of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa are exquisite. We also love the chill-out vibe of the Nobu. Even more special are the people of Nobu, with whom we’ve formed some meaningful bonds. Chamise Allen, Assistant Director of Guest Experience, recognized us instantly upon our arrival that meant a lot and made our whole stay even more special! We also want to mention Sheldon in reception, who welcomed us with positive energy and an infectious smile. Our Ocean Social breakfasts, held in the Nobu dining room, were delicious and nutritious. We especially want to thank Jane, the hostess, who greeted us with a friendly smile each day, and Alberto, our server on several occasions, who is a kind and gentle soul with a buoyant personality. The servers around the pool and on the beach are incredible as well-Piero, Katrina, two "Miguels" and other guys work tirelessly under challenging summer conditions and still manage to remain upbeat while providing excellent service! Our guest experience over-exceeded our expectations and we're grateful to Chamise and everyone! We are looking forward to our next stay there!"
