"From the moment you walk in you’re hit with a wonderful smell. The check in experience was a pleasure. The room was excellent, bed was super comfy, balcony and view were perfect. The service at the pool and beach was 5 star. It’s conveniently located on Lincoln so easy to walk down to the shops and restaurants, everything is nearby. Will definitely be back."

"The location was great! 6 minutes walking distance from the beach and all restaurants on the Main Street! The design of the hotel and the room design was very unique/cool and trendy! Everything was very clean. The room was on the smaller side but great big bed, amazing huge window with a great view! Loved staying here with my husband and hope to return again. "

"I did not book a beach view. However, I'm sure you can. The location was perfect. One block off of ocean, which is adjacent to the boardwalk and Miami Beach. There are plenty of nice restaurants right around the area. I strongly suggest renting a ebike or scooter to take advantage of all of the shopping and sightseeing art. Exhibits, museums, aquarium botanical garden. All nearby. You are a few blocks from Washington and Lincoln both are famous for their restaurants. If you're looking for South...

"The staff is fabulous, super attentive and nice and accommodating. It’s actually really a fabulous hotel. I feel like it’s the best kept secret in Miami Beach. It’s a little out of the way in a little bit of a quiet area, which is just so nice. If you like being in the middle of all the action, I wouldn’t stay there but if you want things a little quiet, I just think it’s so lovely there."

"Pros: location/proximity to the beach, large pool, comfortable bed, access to kitchen and laundry Cons: very old building with paper thin walls…can hear everything which for us meant a crying baby all hours of the day, no coin/change machine for the laundry, no staff on-site for immediate questions. Just had a little but of a creepy vibe"
