"Location ! Hanoi is a big city but this place is located In an oasis. Everyone was so nice and helpful at the hotel, the bed was super comfy and breakfast was very good. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back and recommend it. Well located and comfortable!

Behavior: Service was consistently excellent—clear communication, fast follow-through, and genuine attentiveness from every team member. Special recognition to Mr. Erik, Ms. Lunary, Dennis, and Leo for their exceptional support. The Club Lounge, pool, gym, golf area, and dining options (notably Tim Ho Wan) were all high quality. Breakfast buffet had great variety and execution.
