This is an excellent place to consider for a Hanoi visit. Its prime location, clean and spacious property, and friendly, helpful staff make it a great choice. May and the team at reception and the gentlemen at the front door are all fantastic. The food is diverse and high-quality, offering a great mix of Vietnamese and Western breakfast options. Just checked out of Splendid Hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it’s within walking distance to the lake, the cathedral, and plenty of shopping. The staff were incredibly welcoming, I loved the welcome drink so much I had to ask for the recipe 😅 and the complimentary fruit in the room was definitely an added bonus. Even with a short stay, they took the time to recommend must-visit spots, which I really appreciated. The spa facility was excellent, and the rooftop bar was such a nice place to unwind. I also used their airport transfer, which was seamless and very well organized. Will definitely be coming back
