"Wow! This hotel was wonderful. We had a horrible stay the night before in Cologne and arrived via train quite early so we could visit the Christmas markets. It was raining and we were tired. Upon arrival, we had only intended to drop off our bags but, to our surprise, both of our rooms were ready early so we were able to check in! The rooms were fabulous and had everything you could have wanted. The staff was wonderful. The property was beautiful. Could not more highly recommend staying here."
"It was a pretty rough check in as there is no staff available at night. The Check ‘n charged me for nine vehicles when I only had one and the after hours phone number was disconnected.
