Friendly welcome on checking in and throughout our stay. Breakfast had a variety of choice and plentiful. We stayed in room 101 which was advertised as a basic double room. It was small and compact, though clean and in hindsight we would have booked a better sized room. The hotel itself is in a good location. We did experience loud noise from outside late evening and early morning and had to keep our window closed. Overall a pleasant experience.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter . Chambre et salle de bain très propres.Bon matelas quoique un peu dur pour moi .Petit déjeuner top. Personnel très agréable . Point négatif : je suis fâchée car une fois de plus on se retrouve dans une chambre minuscule avec un lit de 140 cm( français) collé contre un mur !Avec des couettes minuscules faites pour des enfants !Evidemment si elles doivent tenir sur ce lit minuscule ! Une salle de bain minuscule aussi !Ce n’est pas la première fois que l’on a des mauvaises surprises avec Hôtel.com.( chambres au nord sans soleil ou au bruit d’une rue etc…) Quand je me plains à la réception de l’hôtel on me répond que la dimension du lit était écrite sur le descriptif de la chambre . Ce n’est pas vrai ! J’ai contrôlé mon mail de confirmation et rien n’est écrit ! En plus je regarde toujours la dimension des lits avant de réserver et il n’y avait rien de précisé en ce sens !Nous sommes à un âge où nous ne voulons plus dormir dans des hôtels sans confort et sommes ok pour payer ce qu’il faut . Même la chambre à un lit à côté de la nôtre était plus grande ! Qui est l’arnaqueur ? Hôtel.com ou l’hôtel ? Je suis vraiment fâchée . Si j’utilise un site de réservation ce n’est pas forcément pour le prix mais pour une garantie de confort et de simplification des recherches aussi . On nous prend pour des pigeons et je n’aime pas ça !

The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. It was two blocks away. The place to drop the card when leaving was at the top of the ramp when leaving the parking garage. There was construction going on near the Hotel. Breakfast was included and very good. Wacht am Rhein was a nice restaurant along the river with nice detailing inside and the sky glide cable cars to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress gave beautiful views of Koblenz far below.
