"Lobby was warm and inviting. Our room was spotless. Shower pressure was great and air conditioner worked wonderfully.
Front desk staff awesome… Alexandra is a gem. Aevar and Rommel were awesome and super helpful to us when we needed printouts etc.
Only minor thing is the bed is a tad hard for our liking and the room could use and extra trash bin. Otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay in casco viejo "
