"Room and hotel clean and nice check in staff. Disappointed with breakfast at the hotel. We went to breakfast a hour before the finish time and no pastries, not much variety of fruit, had to wait a long time for hot food items to be replenished and also just instant coffee no coffee machine to pick different types of coffee or hot chocolate. Also very noisy outside hotel at night. Had booked it as near daughters accommodation but very loud music from The Shack opposite outside football stadium. "

"We stayed for 3 nights - the room wasn’t serviced until up to 5pm each day so we couldn’t relax in the way we wanted after a day exploring. Water/tea/milk/towels weren’t replenished so had to go down to reception and ask for replacements. We had a very cold room on the Saturday evening getting ready to go out and were told that the heating hadn’t been turned on until 7pm, even though it was 7 degrees outside. On the more positive side, the room was spacious and the bed was comfy."

"Love to stay at the Maldron when in Belfast, its very central to everything and an easy 5 minute walk from the Metro station (Monument). Its very clean and comfortable and has a great bar and lobby area for relaxing."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was really good. Room too warm for us personally even with window open. Bathroom fixtures (bath/shower fittings) could do with being updated/modernised. Overall pleasant stay. "

"Room was a good size and clean as was bathroom. Would have been nice to have more tea & coffee and also toilet roll but we survived haha!!! Someone complained that we had the TV on too loudly which was quite random as we were only watching the curling in the olympics and ready to sleep by 10pm"
