"Our room was very nice. It was very clean and comfortable. We were on the far side so it was quiet and peaceful just as we hoped for! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient. The all-inclusive buffets could have been a bit more nicer with better and more food selection. The other restaurants shouldn ’t have charged up charges on food. We were also there for their NYE party and it was NOT handled very properly getting people seated. It took almost 1 hour to get seated. We were not happy at all !
But all in all staying at Villa del Palmar was very nice and we would stay again."

"Room was very clean! Beds were super comfortable. Free Netflix to watch movies! Small store inside hotel where you can purchase snacks for cheap. Free water from hot/cold water dispenser. Free hot tea and coffee in the morning. Reception staff was very friendly and informative. Few steps from town square, we could see it from our balcony. Will definitely be back!! God willing 🙏"
