"If you don’t mind stairs this is the place for you. They are in the third floor with no elevator! When we got there no one could help us lug our suitcases up all the stairs. The day we left, the nice young lady working there would have helped us. I was okay with the place as it was walkable into downtown Florence. But my friend has knee issues and had a very hard time with it. "

"Nice staff, clean room. Location second to none. Wifi. Free fizzy water at reception. I could look out my window and see il Duomo. For breakfast I went to the Museum Cafe, a 2 minute walk from the B&B to the piazza. Breakfast was great. Ask for the FRESH orange juice. Loved it.
