Hotels in San Miguel II

"I’ve stayed here for about 40 weeks over the last 17 years. It’s always my go to. I wish the hotel would offer direct booking options for regular customers that are competitive or better than third party booking sites. Like they used to. Seems like it would be more beneficial for the hotel if they had less overhead. Most of tur wireless access points have been removed and there is very limited wifi on the property now unless you are in the lobby or restaurants. Room wifi was non existent in 1220 and no one in my group of 12 had room wifi. Roaming is a must if you need to manage your business remotely. It seems like the quality ebbs and flows since Mr Toledo & Falcon passed away. "

"The breakfast was amazing. I just wish the Mascaras restaurant had dinner buffet again. The property has so many beautiful things to see. This my top favorite resort. Fun for the kids and adults. Sandos has the best shows ever! Also, this was our first time in December let me tell you the beach was gorgeous!"

"From the moment we arrived it was clean and luxury. Even their daily cleans of the room were comprehensive. Special shoutout to the free activities at the beach (paddle boarding, kayaking, hobie cat, and others) the staff there were so helpful on knowledge surrounding the area. The lagoon all the way to the last pool were wonderful and provided a variety of calm to liveliness. The Cenotes were noticeably heated. I chose this resort specifically to have an all inclusive with good food and it was great. I could rave on and on about every detail, there was not one thing I would change."

"Rui Palace was one the best all inclusive resorts that I have stayed at in Playa Del Carmen. The resort is located in a gated residential neighborhood. The grounds and property are immaculate. The pools were easily accessible and the beach was in close proximity. There are plenty of dining options. Our room was cleaned daily and to our surprise we received a towel animal each day also. We took a trip to celebrate my birthday. The evening of my actual birthday, our room was decorated with balloons, birthday towel people and a cake. All compliments of the hotel. Rui Palace deserves a 10/10 for both resort and staff. "
