"This is such a great alternative to a hotel room and at an affordable price. It is like a little apartment with full kitchen, little dining table and bench, sofa and chair with TV and separate bedroom and bathroom with large closet and chest of drawers. We bring our own kitchen pots, plates, utensils, etc., but the hotel will deliver a set if needed. Everything is clean, cozy, and quiet. The idea of room / gate codes is convenient instead of a card to drop off at reception. No deposit, and we can see our car from the bedroom window, shopping nearby and close to Tempe Marketplace. Thank you Tempe Oasis for the complementary welcome tray with snacks and orange drink. Much appreciated after a long drive :)"

"The staff was wonderful! Sincerely helpful, patient, and pleasant. Villas were very clean & well maintained. Loved the mini golf course & heated saltwater pool. Even found some areas we hadn’t explored the day we were leaving, like a sand volleyball court. Excellent place for families, would stay again!"

"Our room was an excellent layout floor plan with beautiful taste of decorations and function. The staff was very professional and courtesy to me and my wife. One only bothers me is I was charged for driving into hotel lobby for designation charge of $25 !!! I was never informed about this special designation charged…"
