"The guy at the front desk in the evening was awesome: helpful and friendly. The decor was among the best I’ve seen in a large hotel ever. Stayed here for three nights with no issues. The location was great, too. The streetcar is a 3 min walk away, and it’s entirely free (at least for the time being). "

I would have liked better/more breakfast options like yogurt, a meat option (bacon or sausage), but considering the price of this hotel, I think breakfast (eggs, cereal, oranges, waffles, toast, muffins) was acceptable."

"The staff was amazing! All very helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was very satisfactory except the bed. Unfortunately the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. I would have been more comfortable on an air mattress on the floor! Surely Hilton can invest in a decent memory foam mattress. "
