We had traveled long and far it was so nice to have a human actually be there to welcome us (Francesca, too) as opposed to emailing a password no to enter the facility and here is your room number; essentially on our own in a foreign country. That made a huge difference to us. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Nice lobby and breakfast area.
The room was spotless, roomy, and modern. The bathroom was very spacious as well.
The breakfast was included and a perfect start to the day with coffee made at the bar, not by some machine.
The location could not be better. It was less than 5 minutes from the train station, and about 10 minutes walk to the old town.
Lots of excellent restaurants nearby on Cavour and in the old town.
The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient.
I will definitely stay there again."
