"First time staying at an all-inclusive, and I am glad it was here. From the moment I arrived at the Hyatt Vivid, I was greeted by the staff. Had my luggage taken so I could check in smoothly, and was presented with a cold towel. During check-in, I was given a refreshing cucumber lemonade. Check-in was smooth and seamless. I was escorted by staff (handling my luggage) to my suite. Staff performed a walk-through before allowing me to come in.
Staff throughout the entire property are very professional and patient, always ensuring you are comfortable and enjoying yourself.
The property itself is very well maintained. I did not have any issues with cleanliness. It seemed like the housekeeping staff was cleaning rooms multiple times throughout the day.
I thoroughly enjoyed the foam pool party and silent dance party. Those two activities were fun and had our entire group participating.
Food options are plentiful!!!
However, the resort seems to go quiet at 11pm every night, even on the weekends. I wish the silent party would have lasted longer and more activities or things to do after 11pm.
Overall, I will be back!"
"The reason my wife and I keep coming back are the staff like Cecilia, Antonio, and especially our favorite staff member Armando at the Preferred Club pool. He makes you feel like you are royalty. This includes Karla at the pool. Wait staff like Omar. It's not so much the resort itself. The old lady is starting to show her wear but it's the people I mentioned that make this resort. I encourage everyone to give Jade a chance. If you do make sure you eat at least once at Mercure you won't regret it!"
"Wonderful stay. We flew in late and wanted a hotel close to the airport. The shuttle was quick and convenient. We were standing in the wrong area and the shuttle driver was so nice about it. Check in was super easy. Room was spotless and beds very comfortable. My daughter stayed in my parents room and they provided a roll away bed for her which was great. We will definitely stay here again. "
