"The best part was that it has its own laundry room. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond to help us. We needed help with suitcase shopping. One of the staff member exactly told is where to go and we found some amazing deals in that store.

The breakfast both the Japanese style and western style restaurants were excellent, both the food quality and services. The shuttle bus to from the subway station is great, it is running like a clock, not missing a second. The location is right next to the imperial palace and close to some top attractions in the west side of Kyoto. Highly recommended."
