The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
6/10 Okay
"We booked this hotel for our last night in Japan after a two week trip. I thought this was going to be a luxury hotel based on the price and photos. I was wrong. The lobby is nice and the staff are attentive, but the room left a lot to be desired. It was like stepping back in time to 1995. The room was spacious, which was nice, but for the price I was expecting a more modern look and feel. It was clean enough, but everything was just old. The beds were also on the hard side. Overall, it was fine, it served its purpose, but was not worth the price tag. "
Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"Airport shuttle reliable - don’t be put off by the very long queues at 5am as the buses come frequently and the queue moved quite quickly.
The room accommodated 3 adults (one on a sofa bed) and although it was a short layover allowing only a couple of hours sleep after relaxing in the hot springs spa bath for an hour, it was nice to lie down in complete darkness and I would probably just organise flights to allow more time at the hotel next time, including an extra visit to the baths or the hot stones option."
"The room was average, if it wasnt for the location and the various Godzilla paraphernalia it would quality as way over priced instead of just over priced in general"
"This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Tokyo and wants to have access to all corners of the city—through the Nishi-Shinjuku Station. The staff is very courteous and their buffet breakfast is exquisite. You will not be disappointed. "
"There is NO AIR-CON in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hotel uses a centralised heating system with no ability to adjust the temperature per room. During my stay, the room was overwhelmingly warm with absolutely no way to cool it down. There is a Dyson fan provided, but it is simply a fan — not an air conditioning unit — and does nothing to actually lower the temperature. For a hotel at this price point, this is frankly unacceptable.
The room itself is also very cramped. Even for a regular-sized person, the space felt restrictive — we could barely open two suitcases at the same time without struggling.
The rest of the facilities were decent enough, but the lack of proper temperature control is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again."
