"The hotel is right on the front jusr a short walk to the pier and beach. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable about area and where good restaurant are etc. The rooms i stay are on the front can see Pier, beach and on occasion the goats and sheep that come down from The Orme. The rooms are spotlessly clean, a decent size. The breakfast is gorgeous and they have a dining room for the dogs and family. Its a short walk to the shops, a lovely walk along prom and just a small uphill walk for the Tram to go up the Great Orme. Just over the road from the hotel you can get a bus up to Great Orme or a Sightseeing bus to Conwy.if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed and like myself will visit time again and again. "Amazing three-course dinner with a sommelier assisting with the wine selection. On point reception staff who gave brilliant advice. Comfortable upper level of the castle to play board games and have late night drinks. Also, a convenient location for the Menai Straits with great views across to Snowdonia park. Would recommend for friends or partner meet up and only exception was breakfast that advertised as Welsh although had elements of a full English, with only mediocre taste or flavourings that was in contrast to the previous night's dinner at the Castle. This food was served up in the 1970s in the UK."

"We didn’t avail ourselves of breakfast and there was no dinner meal offered on Monday and Tuesday. We were able to get to the park easily "

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast excellent with lots of choice. We also used the spa twice which was very relaxing and ate in the restaurant in the evening. The food was delicious both nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
