"We arrived a bit damp but excited for our stay before flying to Lanzarote today. Tierney greeted us and she was so friendly and helpful, an absolute asset to the hotel! We went back into Manchester for food and drinks. On our return to the hotel we had a couple of drinks before we got some rest. The guy (sorry, we forgot your name!) on the bar was great and helpful. We were really pleased with our room, the bed was really comfortable and we thought the way the space was used was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again!! "
