"This is a lovely historic house in Bairro Alto. It makes an excellent base for a visit to Lisboa. Make sure you carry earplugs for use at night. Rooms cleaned daily. Plenty of buses and tram stops close by. Lots of interesting narrow streets with cafes and arty/clothing boutiques etc."

"The hotel is located in the Bairro Alto district. It is a picturesque and vibrant neighborhood, easy walking distance to the central shopping district, but much less crowded. The hotel is set in a beautifully renovated 19th century building. The service is wonderful; the staff is professional, but very warm and helpful. This is now my hotel of choice in Lisbon. "

"Amazing location- right in the centre but the noise was a real issue as a result. The apartment is above an Irish pub and opposite a cocktail bar- so noise right outside until the early hours of the morning and rubbish strewn all over the path. The apartment really smelt too- maybe a drainage issue especially in the bathroom. Communication from the owners was positive though. "

"The customer service provided by this location was sub par. After alignment for key pick up the individuals were 45 minutes late, leaving us standing in the street. After arriving the apartment was not cleaned but still had dirty towels on the floor, trash in the bins, dirty sheets on the bed, a broken fridge, there was even toilet paper on a plant in the restroom. After 4 calls we finally had a made arrive at 21:30, which is absurd. Overall the communication, customer service, and actual...
