"Grea value and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Free bus transfer was very efficient and staff lovely. Ticked all our requirements for a one night stay after long flights "
"Didn't have adequate time to explore the surroundings.
All are well - shuttle service to Airport is regular and with helpful & pleasant staffs. There is also shuttle service to Narita neighborhood.
Breakfast is excellent with good selections. The only downside is the room is a bit old (Garden Wing), but does the job for an overnight transit. "
"I would rate this in as very high with the only exception that there’s no place to get food and no food on the premises other than the grocery store. The grocery store is awesome, but a restaurant would certainly be much better or even one within walking distance would be much better. The options for a restaurant are either a taxi or take the hotel bus back to the airport and use a restaurant there which is a great option."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the dining area had beautiful views of landscaped foliage and trees."
"Hotel needs accessible rooms for disabled guests. Shuttle bus stand at terminal 1 is chaotic. Ended up taking a taxi. Room spacious and clean. Air conditioning difficult to control. "
"Overall for like a one day/ one night stay it’s not bad at all. Has a shuttle to take you to the airport if you need. Also has a running trail near by so that’s a plus. Does have a strong cigarette smell to it though 😅 or could just be my room but over all I’d say 8.7/10 not bad at all pretty good. "
