"The room was clean and comfortable. Grace at the front desk was especially helpful. It was a bad flight, we were stuck in Chicago overnight with no toiletries, and Grace went out of her way to help us. Her kindness was much appreciated. "

"From start to finish. The staff was very welcoming, respectful, and polite. They were very informative and caring to my needs and answered any questions I had. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. Dove handsoap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was absolutely refreshing. The room has decent local chanels including HBO. The gym has free weights up to 50, bench pad, 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and one bike. There are cables, accessories, matts, and rollers. The breakfast buffet far exceeded my expectations and had many options. Scrambled eggs, egg bites, bacon, turkey sausage,potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread, personal jelly, butter, peanut butter, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. There was always food in the containers and juice in the dispensers. There are also ice and purified water dispensers next to the elevators. There are also snacks, food and beverages for sale in the lobby to include alcohol. "

"Maggie was great and very accommodating. After what seemed like an eternity of failed attempts of getting home today. United ended up not loading our luggage! However, Maggie to the rescue with toothbrushes, deodorant and makeup remover! "
