Baymont by Wyndham Wilmington
6/10 Okay
"A midgrade . A step or two up from a motel six, but that’s about . Nothing super . Very average I would say two just three starstar hotel. It was fine, although the room was really small. Nice but Smaller than expected. Comfortable bed. The only real complaint I had is that they were out of everything at the breakfast by 9 AM and they serve until 930. We got there close to nine and they had no more waffle mix and weren’t getting any more. Everything else was pretty much out by 9 o’clock. They need to keep it full until the end of the breakfast at 9:30."

10/10 Excellent
"We are remodeling our home. While my husband stay at home and supervise. I decided that I want to stay in a fresh clean environment staying at a place were excellent is achievable. Everyone was very helpful. Everyone were professionals . It was refreshing. It was like walking in and all my problems and concerns was left at the door. The hotel left lasting impression. My husband was also impressed with the hotel when he stopped by for a late drink."
"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful as well as the food and room! We had to switch hotels after a long day. Arriving at 11pm, our room was clean and comfortable. We will likely look to stay here again when we come back to Wilmington!"
"We stayed 2 nights and didn’t have any problems other than really loud guests on our floor. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked, refrigerator was a good decent size and kept food & drinks cold. Didn’t use the microwave. Tv was a good size and worked. A/C worked great and kept our room cool. Room & bathroom were clean. Lobby is always open as it’s one of the doors to go in and out of. They do have a vending machine with snacks & drinks which is nice. Only things I didn’t like was there are 3 floors and NO elevator. You have to walk up stairs to get to the 2nd & 3rd floors. They have carpet throughout except for the first floor hallway, the carpet is nasty and disgusting looking. The guy at the front desk did mention they are planning to take the carpet up in the future. If they put new floors down throughout the halls and rooms, I would probably stay there again for a night or two. It’s in a good location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. They do have plenty of parking which is well lit at night. There are train tracks very close and apparently a train comes thru late every night because we heard it both nights around 11pm-12am (it’s pretty loud)."
