"Possibly the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in, the LINE was perfect for our last night in LA. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in and valet were smooth, and the room (and pool) was absolutely beautiful. For similar comparison, I instantly preferred the vibe over Ace Hotel.
We were also given 2x free drink tokens from the bar :)
The $150 nightly deposit fee and $60 valet is a bit steep, but we’d prepared for this in advance. Just a warning: there’s also a $30 (plus tax) amenity fee. "
"Excellent customer service and accomodations. Very let friendly. Bar/coffee shop had challenging hours that didn't work well for our time so that was disappointing. Rooftop area was great! Rooms were clean and overall quiet, some nightly noise but to be expected in such a large city. "
"The room was small but it had everything you needed. The way it was laid out with hidden storage was thoughtful. I also enjoyed reading the copy on the shampoo and soap bottles etc. Would definitely stay again and will be checking out other CitizenM hotels too!"
