"The breakfast was perfect. Waffles were excellent. Variety good. Close to a lot of things such as gas, shopping, and food. Pool and hot tub were clean, the cleanest I've seen in a long time. Will definitely stay again. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. "

"Our stay at this place was memorable and great! The staff is extremely nice and polite, the hotel is clean and well located, the room was also very clean and spacious. They offer hot breakfast which included egg omelettes, sausages, French toast, breads, bagels, cinnamon rolls and pancakes, coffee and hot chocolate. but besides all this, what made our stay amazing was the Christmas decorations in the lobby , the hot chocolate station and the Santa Claus present for our kid! She will never ever forget her stay at this hotel, the letter she got from Santa and all the presents she got! Please never stop doing this for the kids and keep always this excellence! "

"My stay here was amazing. I was surprised when I recieved a call from the resort prior to my stay to see if I had any questions. I was delighted with the low cost to stay there and even more delighted with the room. I was upgraded for free from the staff since there were extra rooms available and my room was clean and quiet. I went out of peak season and almost had the building to myself. The room was nice with a smart tv and comfy bed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and even had a dishwasher. I spent the day in Jim Thorpe and came to spend the night. The resort has a lot of things to do that I had no idea about like a bowling alley, arcade and movie theatre! I was surprised to see so much on the property. Be sure to ask for directions though, its a large property and can get confusing quick especially in the dark. My only complaint was that the sofa bed in our room was somewhat uncomfortable, its not a traditional pull out bed but rather some cushions that arrange to make a "bed." That being said a couch bed has never been the pinnacle of sleep comfort and that would not stop me from returning. I will definitely return, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and attractions were nice and I and my group were very pleased. If you wish to visit I reccomend you call and do a little research as there are nice perks you might not see on the website and you may want to plan your excursion since the resort is a bit remote overall I highly recommend!"
