Jiwar Al Madina Hotel

"Excellent stay at Jiwar Al Madina Hotel. I made a mistake with my booking and reserved from 19/12/25 instead of 18/12/25, even though we arrived after midnight. Our flight was delayed, we were extremely exhausted, and only upon arrival did we realize the check-in was from 4:00 pm.
The reception staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They offered luggage storage, suggested we visit the nearby mosque, and promised to give us a room as soon as one was available. They kept their word and even upgraded us to a larger family room, which we truly appreciated.
Breakfast was amazing fresh, delicious, and the team was very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the Prophet’s Mosque.
I wish I knew the names of the reception staff to thank them personally. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!"
