"To be honest everything. The room was full of dead ants when we arrived, including on the bed which we had to clean ourselves. And during the day, the water turned off and when we called reception, they were briefly rude and abruptly ended the call.
The restaurant’s food was terrible as well and overpriced, we asked for a menu and did not receive one and were charged buffet price for left over food (which we didn’t even get to choose).
Also, we made the mistake of booking a massage to relax, the massage itself was okay, but the room and equipment were dirty and the payment was complicated for no reason. The reception lady gave us false information about the payment, and denied it rudely after. Which confused us and the massage lady.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come here again. It was a shame since the local people are nice and most staff were also nice but this made me feel very negatively about the place. "

"This place is a hidden gem! Even though it’s a hotel, it truly feels like you’ve rented a private villa just for yourself. It’s incredibly quiet and calm — the perfect spot for relaxing, thinking, and simply enjoying peace of mind. Everything about the property is designed to help you unwind.
The atmosphere is serene and private, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and professional — they serve you with genuine care and attention. The pool is wide, clean, and refreshing — a great place to spend your afternoons.
The Wi-Fi works perfectly, which is a big plus. Honestly, there’s nothing unpleasant I’ve experienced so far. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and refreshing escape. A perfect stay!"
