"The main reason i score this hotel 1 star is because the hotel manager ripped me off on a tour.. he charged me 130 euro on the basis i was the only booking… he subsequently sold a couple later that day and charged them 80 euro each … of course i asked what they paid, so i was annoyed and told him… eventually he refunded approx 25 euro… not a good experience at all…
One other small but interesting point.. one breakfast i didn’t get to choose from the menu.. i was served beef curry..without a choice, from the last nights dinner menu

"Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!"
