"The room was spacious and clean. The staff always so so friendly. Even though we checked in later in the evening that we were greeted with such kindness and warmth. You’re close enough to everything yet far enough from the chaos- plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby if you want to stay close. They even decorated our room as we are celebrating. Thank youuuuu"

"Totally enjoyed our stay at the Udaya . The resort is clean, peaceful and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything we had at the restaurant was delicious and especially the morning breakfast there was always a fresh selection of fruits and pastries.W e also took part in the yoga classes held in a beautiful setting, and the nature walk held in the morning. "We stayed for two nights at Quenzo Hotel Padangbai and had such a beautiful experience. It was a romantic trip, and I organised a surprise romantic package for my partner on arrival — the setup was absolutely amazing and made the moment really special. What impressed me even more was that I organised everything from abroad via WhatsApp, and the team catered to all my requests and helped bring everything together perfectly. They were so accommodating and made it incredibly easy to arrange something special for my partner. The service was honestly 5-star. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, and they made us feel genuinely looked after. One of the highlights was a day trip with Darma, who treated us like family. He took us to the Gates of Heaven, a honeybee farm where we tried kopi luwak (the famous “poo coffee”), and an incredible lookout. It was such a memorable day and made the trip even more special. We stayed in a villa which was spectacular — beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a romantic getaway. The food was delicious, and we loved relaxing by the pool bar as well. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!"
