"Stayed 2nights for my husbands birthday. Excellent location. Staff were very attentive, especially Heidi who booked a restaurant reservation and gave recommendations of where to eat etc. loved Bath and we will be back. Loved the quirky decor!! "
"A very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, with a large TV, and the bathroom was very clean.
We visited in winter, and while the temperature control wasn’t perfect (we sometimes felt cool air even though it was set to 23°C), it didn’t significantly affect our stay.
All the staff were excellent, every single person was very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was well managed even during busy times, with a good variety of options, including healthy choices (salad vegetables, fruits, yoghurts etc). The only small downside was that fried eggs and fried tomatoes weren’t available (only scrambled eggs were served). However, vegan sausages were available on request, and staff were always happy to help and brought them out straight away.
The hotel is in an excellent central location, within easy walking distance of the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, the city centre shops, and restaurants. Parking was expensive, but this seems to be the case throughout Bath.
Many thanks to the team. We would definitely stay again."
"Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room.
But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go back."
"We didn’t have breakfast but after we got back to the hotel after celebrating new year we were still able to get a drink at the hotel bar which was a nice way to finish the evening"
"Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is great, just 5 minutes away from attractions like the Roman Baths."
