The staff are very friendly and helpful, we couldn't access our room and a woman from the reception kindly helped us and it took just 5 minutes. "I had a great time at this property! The staff was friendly, the room was nice, and it odd very walkable. When I got to my room it was clean but had a smell to it, which is why it got 4 out of 5 stars for cleanliness, but once I turned on the A/C the smell went away. I think there are better locations because it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions, but it was still a good area with a grocery store nearby and good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the cleaners did a great job with replacing the towels and sheets. I did not use the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this property off you’re ok with doing some walking."
