Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Rosa Sonoma Wine Country
10/10 Excellent
"Most hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They do not provide daily cleaning services which was unusual but I think most hotels are doing that now. They have a small bar where you can order food which was nice; however, the
Bartender seemed overwhelmed even though there were hardly any customers. I placed an order to go and asked if the food could be delivered to my room she replied “we don’t have staff for that”. A simple “No we offer that service” would had been a better response.
Overall, place was clean and breakfast was satisfactory. "
"I really like this propery. The breakfast was the best spread ive had at a best western and ive stayed at quite a few. The only thing id mention is that the doors to the rooms dont close without a little but of effort. Also the keys demagmatize really quickly. An inconvenience, but nothing anyone can help."

"Room was great and clean except a booger on the wall in the bathroom. 🙄 probably a kid.
Also can we stop using outrageously strong chemicals for cleaning. Seriously so bad. The smell… headache in a bottle. All that said… it was clean 😅"
