"Room was very clean and the second floor was very quiet. Also enjoyed the breakfast and was close to Biltmore Estate and the Antique Malls. I will definitely stay there again. "
"Our first time to Asheville and The Restoration was one of THE highlights! Great location, friendly staff, and lovely extras … I would hate to spoil any surprises for anyone. Care, attention to detail, great hospitality and a lovely stay. We’ll be back!"
"Room was very comfortable - could have used a lounge chair. Bathroom was spacious, had great amenities and the multi head shower with great pressure was awesome. Valet parking was prompt and accessible and the front desk staff were pleasant and eager to please. My one VERY MINOR complaint was they didn't leave coffee pods when cleaning the room so had to go down stairs for my morning coffee. Like I said, minor. Very happy with our stay overall."
"I hit a deer on my way to the motel. So I couldn’t make it there. Expedia was awful!!!! Said I could not get a refund because I didn’t pay extra! I was 2 hours away I didn’t think I would hit a deer and not make it. Expedia no remorse. No care at all. I emailed downtown inn and within 10 mins they gave me a full refund!!!! I will be staying here every time I’m in Asheville from now on! Expedia….. I will not be using them unless it’s a last resort. "
