"We booked two adjoining rooms on the 6th floor. I have to say this is one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at as a family. The hotel is in the old quarters of Hanoi, about a 1 minute walk from St. Joseph’s Cathedral. The hotel is in the center of all the action. The staff were amazing and went over and beyond to help us out. Camellia was particularly a standout as she ensured we were thoroughly taken care of. Can’t say enough of this hotel. The breakfast was an absolute treat. One of the best breakfast you will have with its assortment of free fruits. "

"This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. Also, highly recommend using the hotel arranged airport car service. It saves you a lot of time and hassle."
