"Problems with air conditioning in one room and didn't realize it had no window but gave us fan to remedy situation. Breakfast was simple but very good. Location great across hospital a little loud but dies down around 9. Staff are great thank you DA and ANNA and sorry don’t know other workers name. Stored luggage for us when we went on trips. Highly recommend!"

"The staff and service are outstanding here!! They are very attentive to their guests. The breakfast has great variety and delicious food. It is conviently located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean but you may eant to check them out once you get the key. Some are more maintained than the others. Also, for the premium rooms with a window, make sure you get a room on the right side where you can see the city. If not, you will be looking at the back of the building. Despite those issues, the staff and their excellent service makes up for any inconvience. They will go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay. "

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen. Das Hotel liegt im Altquartier, im Stadtzentrum. Von dort aus kann man alles erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal war fantastisch. Sie haben im Voraus einen Flughafentransfer für uns organisiert, was unsere Ankunft noch einfacher und komfortabler machte. Wir fühlten uns vom Moment an, in dem wir aus dem Taxi stiegen, sehr willkommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten."

"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what stands out is Mai and all the staff in the hotel and I mean everyone of the staff. From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it."
