"The hotel was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant had great food and wine and they even packed lunches for us for our daily hikes. The staff was super helpful. Ignacio booked all of our hiking excursions and made the experience so easy and fluid. Indigo exceeded our expectations and would recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Natales. "

"The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived before the normal checking in time. So the gentleman told us the best place for breakfast which we went and agreed with him. When we were back to check in, our luggage was already delivered to our room. We stayed for one night but stored our luggage for 10 days when we went to Paine Del Torres. We were really grateful for that. When we picked up the luggage we asked for some hot water, the young staff member heated up some water for us. This is a great hotel to stay. It is very close to the shops, restaurants and water front. And most importantly the nicest staff members. "

"While having a kitchen was nice, the place overall left something to be desired. You could hear EVERYTHING from room to room and from outside, so it felt like anyone moving quietly in the kitchen in the morning was banging around. The bed was not particularly comfortable. However, the communication with the host was fine and the location was good for our purposes. "
