"5 Stars: LeAnn and Alan are so nice and interesting to chat with. The property is older and quaint. I enjoyed it immensely. Very clean. There are limited but accessible covered parking. The shower water was hot immediately. The provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion were not at all offensive. Very cute decor. 4 Stars: The room was tiny. If I were a larger person, I would not be able to walk around the bed. The bed was creaky with the slightest movement, the refrigerator was a tiny box atop a wobbly table. My leftovers were too large to fit in it. Very noisy. That said, it did storm last night and we were on the top floor. Even though, It's one of those places that you'd have to get used to "old house" noises to have a restful night's sleep. 3 Stars: Breakfast wasn't as expected. The burritos were limited 1 per person and reheated, Not fresh. They ran out of orange juice. There were only 8 people in the dining area at the time. I feel like there could have been better options for the price of the room. Quantity was minimal and quality, fair. I think the cost could be lower to stay. "

"The place is neat and and minimally furnished with everything one can need. A good room of the price. We have 2 small Shi Tzus and dogs not having an additional cost is a big plus for us."

"Cozy room and good location tucked into one of the main roads of Santa Fe. AC / heater was perfect! Parking was conveniently in front of your room, however over the weekend for the fun DJ event all those spots were taken and we had to park in a tight corner spot. Complimentary breakfast was fine and basic, same for coffee. So don’t expect much but the self-made waffle machine was pretty cool! Oat milk / alternative creamer available upon request, and the staff was pretty cool and welcoming. "
