"Beds comfy and King sized vs. Queen sized at hotel next door. Breakfast was great and Raul the breakfast attendant was so helpful and kind. The pool seemed nice and the office staff great. I didn’t find it noisy except for someone’s little dog barking for a bit. I am currently staying at the hotel next door and would choose Holiday Inn over the slightly more expensive hotel next door. "
"This hotel in on a mountain 2 km uphill on a paved but old road, although I saw sedans I don’t know how they made it. We were glad we rented a 4x4 that’s what I recommend. Also try to get there before dark due to the steep uphill super curvy 2 km road.
Although hotel is old (probably oldest in the area) it’s very clean , rooms are big and comfortable. It’s on a beautiful mountain with great views . The horse riding on site is a most! Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Definitely recommend if you’re into rustic stays and nature. "
"The hot springs were nice. However the room could be improved. The safe was not working.
The backyard door could not be closed. It only locked if you walk out.

"Great stay for family of four with two teenagers. Spacious rooms, great pool. Breakfast was great. They coordinated two tours for us - night walk and sloth tour - both eco friendly and wonderful! Highly recommend and look forward to returning!"
