I’m landing in El Salvador at 9pm so I told my wife to do the check in since the website says the check in is until 8pm and then they charged my wife extra $20 dollars for it. They said if she doesn’t pay the money the whole reservation was going to be cancel so she paid extra $20 dollars. Nice rooms but shady customer service, my wife felt they were taking advantage of her. Won’t stay there anymore."
