"Room was always clean and fresh. Beach towels replaced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff bringing drinks were around continuously. Entertainment team was on point. Food was delicious. The beach is eroding, but nothing that the resort is responsible for. This was our second stay at this resort and we would definitely go back."
"Really a good spot near the main area Centro. Close to cruise ports and ferry ports. Pool was great. Beach was very good. Dock for dive boats and boat tours.
Hammock in our room was really cool.
Food was good and plenty of food.
Entertainment was also fun and Magic show was very good.

"It was amazing. Everything was spotless. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Shower head was awesome. Staff was so friendly.

"Everything was great!! Pools and beaches were clean. Staff was amazing. No complaints. They were timely and organized. Paid great attention to detail. Great food!!
However, I do think they could sanitize the rooms a little better. The phone had a weird smell, hot tub in the room seemed like it needed a better cleaning and the mattress had stains under the sheets. "

"It was the most wonderful vacation. The hotel amazed us with its cleanliness, large, very beautiful and well-maintained territory. I've been there twice already and I want to come back again!! No other hotel in Mexico has impressed my family like this one. I wish there was more choice of European food in the buffet. Otherwise, everything was amazing! "
