"The staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful and since we were there on Christmas, their cheerful holiday spirit was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our two week trip. Just so delicious! We had the adjoining rooms and it was very quiet. There were no windows I. Either ion which, personally, I don’t know if I could do again (a bit of claustrophobia!) but it worked this time. The hotel is also in an excellent location! "
"First of all Angela was an excellent host. She is the best. I've never been in a hotel with such amazing staff.
The room was fine and quite spacious, with super comfy bed. Might be a bit noisy at night but all good overall.
Breakfast very good with lots of choices and also the chef would cook for you additional stuff.
We had an amazing stay and they even offered us to have a quick shower after all day we visited Hanoi, this was just epic."
